Questions

How do you deliver in London?

In London and nearby areas, we deliver personally. The caviar is kept frozen in a freezer during transport, so you can place it directly into your freezer at home (shelf life over 1 year – please check the label). If you want to enjoy it, transfer the jar to your fridge for 9–12 hours to defrost gently before serving. Deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays, or on request on weekdays between 7:30 PM and 10:00 PM.

How is delivery made across the UK, Ireland and Europe?

For deliveries outside London, we use the DPD Express Next Day service. The caviar is packed in special insulated boxes with ice packs, which maintain a refrigerator temperature of 0…+2°C. This allows the caviar to thaw slowly and preserve its premium quality. Upon arrival, the caviar will already be defrosted and ready to enjoy.

Shelf life after delivery:

  • Up to 7 days in the fridge.
How to store caviar?
  • Frozen: store in the freezer at –18°C or lower. Shelf life over 12 months (see the label).
  • After defrosting: keep in the refrigerator at 0…+2°C and consume within 7 days.

For the best taste, defrost slowly in the fridge for 9–12 hours before serving.

⚠️ Never defrost on radiators, in direct sunlight, at room temperature, or in a microwave — this will ruin the quality of the caviar.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

Yes, wholesale options are available for restaurants and retailers. Please contact us for details.

How should I defrost the caviar?

For the best taste, defrost slowly in the fridge for 9–12 hours before serving.

⚠️ Do not defrost on radiators, in direct sunlight, at room temperature, or in a microwave — this will damage the quality.

Can I return or exchange my order?
